"That's fine, Twilight. Give me a moment. I'll be right there."

The Moon at its place, she trotted to the purple foal.
"There. It is done for tonight."
-I-it was amazing!
"You think so?"
-Mmhmm.
"Well, I've been doing this for hundreds of years now. This is simply routine for me."
-Really?
"Mmhmm. And... despite this, I still feel so melancholic...
-Why?
"Hmm... Oh! You haven't told me what were you doing here, young lady."
-I... I couldn't sleep.
"And going on a balcony at night is the better idea I presume?"
-I... I asked the guards and they told me you were there.
"Oh? Is that so?"
-Uh, yes.
"So, your plans when you fail to fall sleep is finding me so I would tell you a story?"
-Um. M-maybe? Could you? Could you? Pleeeeeeeeeease?
"*giggle* Of course. But only this time. You were supposed to stay in your room.
-I know. I'm sorry.
"That's alright. I'm sure you will from now on. And I think I have the perfect story for you."

Celestia took a last glance at the Moon with a sad face and let go a sad sigh.
-P-princess?
"Um?"
She shown her a weak smile.
"Oh. I'm sorry. Twilight? Could you be a dear and wait for me in your room? I'll be right there."
-Okay.
Celestia got surprised when Twilight took the princess's front leg in a embrace.
-I love you Princess Celestia.
Then she ran inside, the white princess following her with her gaze. She then gaze back upon the Moon once again with a melancholic expression.
"She is young and... not so naive, but... do you? Do you still love me, Luna?"
-PRINCESS?
"In your room Twilight!"
-OKAY!
She let another sad sigh.
"Good night Luna."
Then, she put her smiling mask back on and walked inside to join Twilight for a bedtime story about the night, the Moon and her mysteries.

That's thank to the artist who drawn a scene I've barely seen illustrated: Celestia raising the Moon. I just wanted to write something based on that beautiful moment and "thought who could have caught her in that moment? Why not her personal student?". But I still wonder if Twilight actually stayed and slept at the castle.

Oh yeah, how could I forget? I was LISTENING to that song for goodness sake! I must have subconsciously put that into the "Celestia being sad after banishing her sister"category while with this picture I intended to show her doing Luna's job and showing shame instead of the usual sadness.
Because there aren't other fan works showing that am I right?
