This is a picture of Danny when he was 2-years-old, about 2 years before the burn incident. Here he is with his four sisters; Chiarra, aged 11, Bianca, aged 9, Naomi, aged 6, and Ethiopia, aged 4. Their parents took this picture of them in Italy during a trip and it hangs on their parents' wall.

With the exception of Naomi, Danny hasn't had the best relationships with his sisters.

Chiarra, the eldest daughter was a selfish brat who cared only about herself. The parents put her in charge of her younger siblings and she didn't want a bunch of "snotnosed brats" cramping her style. Chiarra was very stern to her younger siblings. A prime example is when her parents were out of town, Danny had a nightmare at the age of 3, and he got into her bedroom to sleep with her, she woke up, slapped him and kicked him out of her room, telling him to grow up, and this caused a huge fight between her and Naomi. Chiarra also didn't have a good relationship with her parents either, she was quite contrary and became very disrespectful when she grew up, Lorenzo and Gabriella had such high hopes for her as the eldest daughter and she was a disappointment to them. Today, Danny and Chiarra's relationship is quite distant from each other, they don't really talk. To be honest it wouldn't really surprise me if after this picture was taken, she pushed him off her lap.

Bianca was the perfect golden child who succeeded where Chiarra, and her other siblings "failed". She was a straight A student, volunteered in the community, won competitions and her parents showered her with affection and gave her the most preferential treatment. As such, she was (and still is) a braggart who likes to impose her views onto her other siblings. She has an issue with toxic positivity and she is oblivious to the needs of her other siblings. Despite this, she wants her siblings to get along with one another, and she particularly wants to have a friendship with Danny. She loves Danny very much, but she's not very accepting of his sexuality or his relationship with Silver and Hale. She is a devout Catholic who lives by the Bible (whereas the rest of her siblings are agnostic or atheist or converted to other religions), and she doesn't understand what she says or does makes Danny want to avoid her. He doesn't dislike Bianca, but her toxic positivity and her religious ferver sours his relationship with her, Bianca experiences Danny as distant and she doesn't understand why he doesn't wish to have a relationship with her and this hurts her feelings. For all her successes, her relationships with her siblings has been her biggest failure, she wants desperately to be friends with them, but she doesn't see her own faults which make them avoid her.

Naomi on the other hand was the true big sister that Danny needed. She always defended him against the bullies before he met Hale and Silver, and she defended him against their parents, Chiarra and Ethiopia. She always made sure Danny was safe, but she encouraged him to stand on his own, she supported his cooking skills and his relationships and sexuality. She was also the most athletic of the sisters, joining the girl's school basketball team and also being the only female foot ball player in her middle school at one point, much to the shock of the teachers and students. However, like the rest of her siblings, her successes were often overshadowed because of Bianca, as such her relationship with Bianca is also not too good.

Ethiopia was one of Danny's tormentors as a child. She would slap or kick him whenever he annoyed her, she would scare him with stories of monsters under the bed or in the closet, and her friends would "kidnap" Danny and force him into girls' clothes and give him facials and put make-up and nail polish on him against his will while tying him up to a chair. She would also call him names, and she would also play pranks on him, and her older sisters, once sabotaging one of Bianca's school projects so she would fail, and her parents really punished Ethiopia for this. However, when she got older, she stopped being so rough as she developed a conscious, her relationship with Danny and Naomi is now pretty so-so, she dislikes Bianca and she and Chiarra are at each others' throats.

So yeah, that pretty much sums of Danny's relationships with his four sisters. One of Danny's wishes is that he could've had better siblings and he wishes that they all could've had a much better relationship with each other. Maybe they can if they just listen to each other.
