The anonymous dA membership I was given a little while ago really got me in the mood to start making and posting more art. So here's a silly MGS comic strip that I've had laying around the house for nearly a year unfinished and, well, I've finished it!It'd take a hardcore fan to get all of the subtle jokes in this, but even if you aren't heavily into it or haven't even played the MGS series, it should still be amusing.
To my fellow watchers and random people passing by my gallery, I hope you enjoy my take on some of the silliness that makes MGS what it is!

i must say i've never used the lie-down-on-the-stairs-and-hope-they-don't-see-you trick before because i thought even mgs guards couldn't possibly be THAT stupid. it seems i was wrong. they are.

Flamboyant bosses ftw! It's part of what makes a good villain, in my opinion! Awesome piece of work though and even though I haven't played all the games, I found it very funny. Now I want to go play Sons of Liberty again!

Yep, that's also why villains are so much more fun to cheer for! Not only do you need to replay Sons of Liberty, but you should just go pick up the MGS Essentials Collection so you can play MGS1 and MGS3 (MGS3 being my absolute favorite!).

Yes, they are great games. I have MGS 1-4 and love all of them dearly (although MGS3 will always be my favorite).
