Seriously, these category things are a mindf***I've had this in my files for a while too. Meant to put it up, just coz it's so funny!
Now, I don't care what anybody else says, Thrust is giving him the finger! Look, do the maths: he has three fingers....and he appears to be using the one In. The. Middle. Plus, look at Optimus' face afterwards! Honestly, did the animators really think they'd get away with it?

I just re-watched the actual episode and went looking for this. Ohhhhhhh, the animators must have assumed nobody would catch on... Funnily enough, he does the same thing a couple more times if I remember correctly.

Wow, all of this time, I thought Thrust was giving a weird goodbye salute to the Maximals as like "Later!", but your insight is giving me second thoughts. Nice icon nonetheless.

No, now I actually see it that way, but I still prefer seeing it like I used to. I will be using this as my avatar on a website one day though. That I am sure of. Thanks for posting this awesome avatar! Thrust is my favorite character in Beast Machines. Awesome voice and thought he was a very well played out character matched with his cool personality.
Jetstorm is my definite second favorite though. I wish he wasn't supposed to be Silverbolt, so they could keep him in the series. He was the center of the humorous part of Beast Machines.

I saw that too,and I haven't noticed it for years....
Now that everytime I see Thrust doing 'The Finger' I always laugh to the Maximals' reactions.
