THIS IS SO AMAZING!!! it looks so beautiful! the colours blend so well and the sun really sets everything off. This is really great! The scenery is a bit spooky but beautiful at the same time...and the girl looks almost ghost like...or like she doesnt belong there. Whatever the case, it is wonderful and it is going in favourites

That looks pretty good to me. Only thing you could have done better is the girls face. The lighting doesn't match with the lights sources.

Yes. It's definitely better.
But I think the face is still slightly too dark. If you look at the hands - from which direction are the hands lighted? Looking at the core shadows, I'd say the source of light is on the front left of the girl. So, what blocks the light from getting to the face? Maybe there is something that blocks the light but if not then the face should be lighter.
If you want, try selecting the girls face with lasso tool in Photoshop(or PSP) and brighten it up with curves tool. See if it fits better to the scene.
