Okay, so I did make them using the recipe in the video and made a separate batch using a different recipe. Somehow the video's recipe didn't work well for me, the cornets turned out very thin, not airy at all and quite hard. Will stick to the other recipe, but thanks for the idea!

This recipe is good. The bread is soft and nice: I suggest using a mixer with a dough hook to make it faster unless you prefer to do it by hand. These are Japanese horned cornet. I got the recipe from Cooking with Dog on YouTube. It's a good channel for making Japanese food/dessert.
