Description
The Inspirat skin was created by StefanKa and ported to windowblinds by Brad Wardell (Frogboy).I simply asked for permission to release a full start menu version for those who'd prefer it. permission correspondence is included.

Permission was also given to do some DesktopX weather objects and some rainlendar skins. They will be uploaded also.

funny you should say that. the original artist who allowed me to make this port is a consultant for Microsoft. i made some changes but StefanKa really deserves most of the credit. hopefully soon i will be a consultant too - just like the mentor.
