So yeah, it's not a tutorial but feel free to use. I'll make a tutorial down the road, but this just shows the basic steps I go through for creating a cartoon dog like Buddy and Buttons.ETA: DO NOT use as a base! This is a TEACHING TOOL ONLY! If I find you have traced this, and are using it for adopts (both for profit and non profit) you will be reported and publicly shamed.

A bit... it will help much more when going to have a tablet xD but until then.. I'll practice and I'll try to draw without skeleton

lol, you don't need a tablet :3 you do the skeleton lightly and draw the dog overtop, then you erase the underlining. ^_^
