The Sea City:I saw a documentary about people in Indonesia who lived in houses on stilts in the sea, and sometimes only came to land once in a whole year. So I started thinking what if there was a war or a huge natural disaster on land and these people survived and carried on building upwards until their villages became huge industrial cities

Nice to see a steampunk place that still has nice looking mountains and a pretty nice sky.
Just cus everything in the city is made of metal doesn't mean everything around it has to be rusty.
