All of the things on this Error Message come from the Discworld novels.
They come from a sort of magical computer at Unseen University called HEX.
HEX was created when the wizards at the university created a "thing" then put enough computerness into it that it became a computer.


Whenever it as a problem it can't figure out, a sign pops out of it with something random on it, like "Please reinstall universe."
And its got a teddy bear sitting somewhere near the center of it and when someone tries to take it away a sign says, "Waaaaaaaaaah! Mine!!"
