Description
Now that TES: Legends is in open beta, I can finally show off some of the work I did for it last year! To be able to work on an official Elder Scrolls property was a bucket list goal that I never really thought I'd get to check off, so I'm really grateful to have been a part of this project!This card shows the more sinister character progression of the House Dres Guard: . It's tough being an Argonian in Morrowind.....

Slavery is a crime and the Dunmer of Morrowind are its perpatrators. Those sneering, spineless baby snatchers and their shallow sympathizers should rot in Oblivion for what they've done.

Fair enough. Alright then, the Soul Cairn with Telvanni and Coldharbor for Dres! The rest of them - now that I know slavery is a Dres and Telvanni thing - are just a bunch of assholes, and while they deserve a good wallop in the face for that, I wouldn't go as far now as to say they deserve to die. (Maybe just a tiny apology and a handshake?) All things considered though, I think our nations are even (and it's reallyΒ nice to know they aren't all either slaver scum or circle-jerking supporters of it!).

I really dig the dynamic of this piece! Really love all the little details and the design of the armour, especially the belt part is pretty neat. You illustrated the way of Dres slavery pretty good and actually get a feeling for the place. Like all what you can say afterall is poor argonia.
Can I ask you where you have drawn inspiration for that piece?

Thank you! Bethesda Softworks commissioned this piece and had a pretty well established style guide to use for all the different races in terms of what they should look like. So it really was just a matter of taking that info into account and incorporating my style into it.

I have been playing this since closed beta and have now started to look into who has done art for this project. Do you know of anyone else who has contributed art for ES:L? Any other pieces of art you have made for ES:L? It's fantastic work.Β

Thank you! Hmmm...I'm trying to think. I could have sworn I knew someone else who worked on it, but I can't remember for the life of me. I also did Dres Renegade (in my gallery), and a couple others that I guess haven't been put to use in game yet. I'll try and find out who else I know worked on it.

Thanks for sharing! Bethesda told me that Dres Guard hadn't been used yet, but I guess they were mistaken. I did that one as well and one other that hasn't been included (so I can't say what it is). Β

Filthy Ash Sucker! The ways I'd massacre this filthy pierce of trash...it'd be far from quick and as far from painless as one could get. The Red Mountain should of killed this peon with the rest of them.

I've been hoping some of the artists for this game would start posting their work! I've been playing it like mad and was hoping to getΒ a closer look at the artwork without all the borders and text in the way. It's all very spectacular! Congratulations on being a part of the project!
