As what has become tradition, every year a paint a picture of myself (Ze Brown Woofie) showing my affection for my mate (Ze Black Wolf). In other words, this is his B'Day Present, albeit belated. I wuv you matemate
Ahem, it was painted in PS 7, no filters were abused in this image. And yes, shrinking it made it lose a lot of details I meticulously painted in.
Oh and before anyone asks, the fur was done with the 5, the 3, and the 1 hard round brush, with the help of smuding for smoothness.

As usual it came out boutiful. The day i become half as good as you will be the day hell freezes over. As far as critisizing goes theres not much to say. Only that the facial fur seems to be emanating straight from a center point and could be more curved (but that could be artistic preference).

uff what a lovely pic you done for your mate
seems that i must learn a little bit more to get better fur and i think i should not use dodge and burn for it. it wont works good or it would not work completly(white and black X,X) on most colors so good.
actually i save money to buy ma a tablet so i dont need the mouse anymore.

Yeah dodge and burn are No-No's for the most part. They're really only good for quick touchups or web graphics. What you should try is to make a base color, then in PS change the Brush's own setting to "Multiply" (Shading) or "Screen" (Highlighting) and play around with colors as well. That'll make it look spiffy without making it look "obviously photoshop".
As for Kaerwyn, unsure right now. We're still trying to decifer the old RP session logs into something understandable

i think i will try it, when i have my tablet. with a mouse its cant work. the lines i try to draw are everytime lines with curves that are going everywhere but not to the point they should

MASSIVE! BUT, as a fellow artist, I woudl have liked to see some highlights here and there to bring out the fur structure and increase the contrast. Other then that it rocks!

That's what was lost in the shrinking :/ If I didn't phear teh art theives I would have put up the full size version, but I don't want anyone running off and making posters of it.

I can understand that.... Shitty lil buggers who print it off and try to sell it.... It would be REALLY interesting to come across anyone trying to do that with my stuff. I would FLOG them verbaly and then marsch my lil minions on them until they had a nervous breakdown and ran screaming... hehehe I'm a viscious feline minx when it comes to my pictures.
