it is free? what tool you use to make the lineart?
and how you color the lineart?

Yeah, it's free.
To make the lineart, I used just paintbrush (I drew it on tablet)

First, I'm drawing with pencil and taking a photo (I don't have a scanner ^^'. Then I coloring it on pc (lineart, colors ang shadows are on diffrent layers).
But sometimes, I'm drawing directly on the pc
