Konica Minolta DYNAX 5D + Sigma 70-300 f/4-5.6 APO Macro.

Polarizer and reflector screen used.

Very subtle post processing via Photoshop CS2.

Luckily I got the practice of holding still, from the previous day, where I also shot a lot of macros with the Sigma lens. It's only able to do 1:2 macro at 200-300mm, which is quite a long focal length that's very hard to stabilize hand-held. But it's definitely possible.
