A friend of mine requested some help with drawing bodies, so I made this quickee tutorial to offer some help. This is by no means how every and any artist should draw the human form, but I begin all of my bodies in this way. I could have probably added several more steps, but its late, and I'm tired, so..this gives the general idea. After I learned how to do this, especially actually 'seeing' the human body as nothing more than a series of shapes, practically any pose became many times easier and more accurate.

Although I welcome comments, I did this specifically to offer help to a friend and would perfer not to receive harsh critiscm. This technique works for me, but it obviously may not work for everyone.
