here are some details about the hat:
-plushie spine
-the ribs go around the neck and can either velcro or botton together
-teeth go down to about the person's eyebrows
-ears are poseable
the hair points back at a diagnol angle, not outwards
optional details:
-the spine from below the ribs can deatach.
-the skull is filled with plushie filling
-the hair is filled with plushie filling
