I guess you could say something similar like that, but it's not a parasite.

In this concept, you could say that there's a "virus" Dr. Eggman developed and injected it into Cyber Nazo's innards (during his reconstruction) so that he is under Eggman's control, not until when he reaches into his perfect form where he's free from anyone's control. In other words, he's back.
