I know I already posted this comment, but I'm gonna post it again.
I cried when Elliot died. I had such a crush on him even though he's only an anime character. To me Elliot wasn't just an anime character, he was my husband. (xD) And I'll never forget him. Actually I found out he died a few minutes ago. Oh my gosh, I felt tears coming out of my eyes. Elliot, you will be remembered for your bravery against Humpty Dumpty and sacrificing yourself. In my heart you're still alive, my sweet Elli-Kun.

I think the author killed him just because he was receiving more fangirls than the actual main characters. But I don't think they'll keep him dead forever... I mean look at Alice she had died... she came back as a chain. So I'm hoping... praying that something similiar or same happens to Elly. Because, come on! After giving a character so much credit who would really kill him???

Yeah the anime and the manga take really different ways, like for the most part they stay pretty close but the last one was just weird to me. And I hate to be one of those people but the manga really is better, and if you get the chance to I highly recommend you read it.
