There is always a sense that when Gohan reaches a new plateau of power, he becomes more determined and focused on the task before him that ever before. This image captures that notion really well - the upright pose, the clenched fists and the fact that he is facing away from us indicates that his attention is elsewhere and on something more important.
The line art is detailed - depicting the raggedness of his clothing and the scuff marks on his skin, both to a high level of detail. The colouring is good and promotes the details well, as well as capturing the aesthetic aspects seen in the anime itself. Also, the illusion of a light source in front of him is greatly aided by the highlights and shadows emphasised by the colouring. The typical SSJ3 hair is very well drawn and one could imagine that, if Gohan were to transform to this stage, he would likely look a lot like this. The pattern in the background makes the image more interesting than if it were left plain.
Overall, this is a very good rendition of Gohan in his SSJ3 form, and definitely amongst the best.

I wonder how canon Gohan and the dbz cast during the buu saga would react if they met this badass Gohan, and vice versa. Would Videl be more attracted to this Gohan instead of the other?Β The way he should've been.

This begs the question. What would have been stronger? Gohan SSJ2 at the Cell Saga, or SSJ3 Gohan 7 years later?

Umm... no question about it, THIS Gohan would've absolutely demolished SSJ2 Gohan in the Cell Saga! Think about it, if Gohan took the time to train the form and go even further beyond, hence SSJ3, there's no possible scenario that Gohan from the Cell Saga would win.
