i think it was like 13.... I lowered the framerate to 9 frames per second to make it move slower

Damn, I'm not good in english, so its difficult to explain... Gravity forces your dog to fall in forward direction when it goes down the hill, so you should try to put its body back as if it resists the gravity. I hope you understood it...
