It has quite a bit of charm. The graphics are super simple so the stretching would work properly (the game plays like an expearimental demo)...but the style fits it.

Depends on your model of PS3. The later made ones are not backwards compatable. And I remember before it was released there was a website up that could tell you if your PS2 game would work on the PS3.
But if you did pick up a copy it's not expensive. Or wasn't last time I checked.
