Description Claire Redfield (Darkside Chronicles) in her RE2 Outfits.
Retextured and with some additional bones.
The File contains both versions of her. With and without vest.

- Original Model by Capcom
- Extracted by Grotesque
- Fixed by LittleMissWesker
- "Made in Heaven"- Backprint by Crisis-Dai
- Jersey texture "heather gray" (for the top) by Manarangi
- Seamless Leather texure (for belt and sidebag) by Manoluv
- other texturchanges and repainted textures, additional facial bones, fingerbones etc by me (James-T-Havoc)

Changes on both models:

- added facebones (Eyelids, Eyebrows, Cheeks, Mouthcorners, Lips etc.)
- added fingerbones
- added bones for the strands of hair
- added bone for the sidebag
- enlarged nearly all textures (for example the original body texture was 512x512px now its 2048x2048px)
- added normalmaps
- added lightmaps
- added specularmaps
- added minibumpmaps

Biiig thank you! to LittleMissWesker, who allowed me to use her version(s) of this model(s)

Small Update:
Changed some Texturecolors to gave the modell the look from Resident Evil 2.
Can be downloaded here: www.file-upload.net/download-1…
Included also some changes from the upcoming v. 1.1 (Skincolor, Eye- speculars)
__________

Note:
If you want to use the model(s) in blender, you have to remove the doubles, but do it carefully. For some reason blender melts two vertices of her left hand together and mess it up!

Spectacular! It's nice to have a Claire model with facial bones.

Thank you, the textures look very good, I looked a lot but couldn't find anyone who retextured Claire so good, 2K, that's great.
Do you know if Claire from RE ORC has better textures too, or these are from there?

Thanks a lot^^
The textures from "ORC Claire" are differend and I haven't used them anywhere.
I start the work an this modell long before the ORC variant was released and nearly all textures where already finshed, when ORC Claire came up.
The textures of the ORC Claire are good too, but they not all in high resolution.
That causes some lesser details.
For example her vest, gloves, skin and hair are very detailed while her pants, boots and especially her belt with the bag are lesser detailed till messed up.
At least its a question of your own taste. Both Claires have very different faces so question is: witch face you like more?

Oh, before I forget,
ORC Claires ears are way better than the ones in my variant

Thanks^^
Well...properly speaking the folder contains two models, but even 35mb each model is a lot, thats true.
The textures are very big and could be smaller when I've used .jpg instead of .png format but but beside the problem, that alpha channel wont work in Jpeg it wouldn't reduce the size of the files that much. (maybe ~26mb each model)
Aaaand the "lazy- factor" takes a small roll in it, too...

James-T-Havoc In reply to NightysWolf [2012-06-09 15:22:31 +0000 UTC]

Vielen Dank.
Net.
