Thanks for adding me to your friends list. I like your use of negative/white space. As you can see from my gallery, I have no idea what to do with empty space other than to fill it.

thanx yeah well the thing is with the negative/white space is it could be filled still put somethimes i just keep it thisway cause it gives me a tranquil(?) vibe

Yes, I agree. There's just something about my cluttered, un-tanquil mind that won't let me leave any space unfilled. I think I'll do an exercise one of these days, (maybe today) where I take one of my most detailed, chaotic pieces and just white-out parts of it until I can't bear to go any further. Was it Jasper Johns who did a famous piece that consisted of erasing a drawing by Willem de Kooning? Yes, I'll have to try that.

good idea a few my white/negative spaced pictures are just that... not all of them though...

are examples of photos where i didn't ad anything but just erased lots of it to create a new image... but don't go all philosophical on them though cause then i could be feeling guilty in a while

OK, no philosophy, just some erasing. I'll post it in my scraps when I finish -- unless I like it better than the original, in which case I'll put it in the main gallery.

oke i'll wait and see, i won't be posting any new work the next2 weeks i have to finish shitloads of theorie...if i want to graduate this year ( or at all ) maybe after that i'll and try to go your way chucking the image full with loads different thingies
and see how well i execute that... anyways cu around
