So basically in the Canon Ninjago Timeline, Kai is the master of Fire and Nya is the Master of Water.

But... what if it was reversed?

Well Kai would have been kidnapped by Garmadon instead of Nya, thus causing Nya to become the Master of Fire

She would have been trained by Sensei Wu and would have met Jay, Cole and Zane in the same way in the Ninjago Pilots.

Here is how the rest of the timeline would have went if She was the Master of Fire

S1: basically everything being the same except Nya finding out that Kai was samurai X instead

S2: same as Season 1 except Kai would be corrupted by Garmadon

S3: Basically the same thing Nya still having to go through the Love Triangle (XD Yes there is no escape for the queen)

S4: Kai still has feelings for Skylor except Kai is still Samurai X at the time

S5: Kai becomes the Water Ninja and Skylor is apart of the team

S6-15: basically the same
