Rouge the Bat flew aimlessly around the Wumpa Islands, thinking of what to do now.”I can’t believe this! A different dimension?! Ooh, why did that square little scrap-head have to use his Portal Pistol at me? (Sigh) Now how am I supposed to get back ho-“
Her thoughts were interrupted by a beeping noise. She checks her right hand and her glove seems to be glowing red with each beep.
Recently, Rouge managed to steal, in her own way, one of Tails’ newest inventions: a little chip that acts like a metal detector, but for tracking jewels instead. He built it so that he and the others would have an easier time finding the Chaos Emeralds. Rouge, being the great jewel thief that she was, thought on using this invention for her own collectible desires.
”Huh? This thing can’t be working. I can’t see any...”
Rouge then spots a small sparkle in the distance: the moonlight shining off one of Coco’s crystals.
“No way. It can’t be. Can it?”
As she flew towards the sparkle for a closer look, the beeping grew faster and faster.
