So I decided to try my hand at a little Boku no Hero Academia fan art with my own hero-in-training... meet "Kick-Spark"!

"Kick-Spark"

Real Name: Russell “Rusty” Carson Foster

Birthday: March 20th

Age: 14

Height: 5' 2"

Quirk: Static Charge

Thanks to Rusty's Quirk, his physiology allows him to draw in and store static electricity! He can discharge and control the electricity he's stored as small-scale bolts of energy, power electronics, and even generate light to illuminate the dark. However, Rusty can only maintain so much stored energy for so long - unable to maintain his Quirk for longer than five minutes, Rusty loses his charge and gets tired.

But there's more to his power! After training to develop and control his Quirk, Rusty discovers that if he absorbs a certain level of electricity, he can achieve an empowered "supercharged" state. In this state, all of Rusty's attributes are powered up - perception, reaction time, agility, even his strength! But in addition to his physical traits, his personality also gets amped up - in his normal state, Rusty is pretty animated and happy; in his supercharged state, Rusty becomes extra energetic and unstoppably enthusiastic... for better or worse!

Kick-Spark's hero outfit has been designed to protect his body by regulating the electricity he absorbs - without it (until he learns to properly control his Quirk) he risks damaging his body the more electricity he absorbs. The suit also helps him store additional electricity, in case he needs a back-up boost when he expends his initial charge!

Rusty's Quirk possesses immense potential... but it comes with drawbacks. Rusty has a lot of trouble fighting insulated enemies. As well, the more he uses his powers in one sitting the faster his energy drains out - if he overdoes it, he risks losing consciousness and even damaging his body. And while he is highly resistant to electricity, he is not impervious to it - a high enough voltage can really hurt him!

Likes: sports, physical activity, ice cream sundaes, making and hanging out with friends

Dislikes: studying, sitting still, broccoli, bullies
