Fundraising Stream Picture - Cougar0403's OC.This picture was worded in a somewhat odd way. This is another of those that I drew when I was heavily sleep deprived and the description I was given put the character in a deserted road, with the TARDIS, and storm clouds in the horizon. I went and rolled with it.
It's weird that I go and draw the TARDIS for the first time and there is no Doctor Whooves around. I might re-draw this one but with The Doctor around, I think it's calling for it.
