This is a Zebra Parent.Now, not all the characters in the show are going to be fully fleshed out characters.
You know how MLP has characters without names, and they are "Generic Pony #3" until it catches the eye of someone in the fandom and then they become Lyra, BonBon, Derpy, and Octavia? Well, this is usually how it starts, with a generic character that's given a certain role in the story but has no further development in it. so I encourage you guys to come up with a name for him if you want.
