Technique:
Clean up original drawing in Photoshop (removing any artifacts/extra marks)
Import into Illustrator
Auto-Trace raster drawing into vectors
Export to Photoshop
Color, texture, and add shadows, background, etc.

Thanks. Tried to get some glowing from the gloves, but it didn't turn out as well as I hoped. I might mess around with the glowing there a bit when I get more time.
