A crossover between my character James Fox and Felix the Cat one of my top 10 favorite cartoon characters of all time
Felix has invited James and some other anticapating guests over to his house for a BBQ and to try out his swimming pool, it's such a lovely weather that's even the
sun seems to shine very hot indeed
I tell you, I really enjoyed making this one. And I hope you'll like it as well

This is such a beautiful summer scene. So many details in this picture. So rare that we see this level of complexity in cartoon artwork like this. Looks like you put a LOT of work into it. Great work with everything. James looks like he's enjoying himself, having had a swim, the hot dog, and Felix's company. Great to see good old classic Felix the Cat. That grill, wow. Five propane tanks. That's enough to last several summers. Haha... I like the bird perched on the grill handle as well. Great picture, James.

Have you ever seen the really old Felix the cat cartoons from the 20's? There was one I used to watch on a video tape we had, and it was very strange.
The Felix cartoons I mostly saw were the episodes from the 30s. One episode he's with King Cole. Found it on YouTube.
