I like the overlaying elements and how the colors come thru. It has a whimsical look to it yet it still feels really solid. It's abstract yet it looks like it could be real. I love the stylized little cars at the bottom, really interesting shapes. The storm clutter at the top was handled nicely and there is a nice glow of warmth as you get closer to the street below that is a nice touch. All in all a really cool piece.
