Here's the link for the new video!!

When first checking out this house, I was not expecting much but once inside I was pleased to see that the previous owners left most of their belongings behind.  There was lots of furniture, including leather couches, personal belongings, such as clothing, pictures and a fully stocked kitchen!

The house was built in 1920 and is of cultural heritage interest, which means, this one will likely be saved.  The home is an example of vernacular Dutch/Colonial architecture which is a subtype of Colonial Revival which was popular in the early 1900s.  It is a three bay house including a one storey addition on the north facade which features Dutch Colonial characteristics.  Included are a gambrel roof, a simple symmetrical facade and gable-end chimney.  It also has other unique features, such as stone window sills and a recessed central entranceway with an arched stone lintel cap.

Hope you enjoy the photos, video and the accompanying historical write up!!
