Description
A farm house that sits on waterfront property, that has been empty for at least 10-15 years.Almost all of the furnishings and personal items left behind in this home were more than 30 years old, very few modern conveniences, not even a computer.
Life during a simpler time.

May I ask why all the houses you took pictures of were abandoned?

They are all abandoned for different reasons. Sometimes the owner dies, sometimes a developer buys the property and others a person or company buys it for the land as an investment.

In general, just a lot of work involving research and getting out there and looking. But in the case of this location, it was well known.
