its not a fracture though, thats part of the shoulder blade you see meeting the clavicle

lol yeah it does look a bit like another jaw but its just an extra bone in the neck

Hyoid bone. Sits above the thyroid cartilage, gives a framework for the larynx. Site of attachment for numerous muscles used in swallowing, breathing, etc.
