Well the design was partially based on the style of Todd McFarlane's work in Batman Spawn written by Frank Miller, I liked the look of the face with just the teeth and eyes in silhouette, and the cape is design after an illustration by Scott McDaniel, I guess a wide variety of influences affect my art, thanks for the complement!

..Rick sent me an original BLight-you will be sending this original-I am going to submit 2 entries in Big Rob's contest to win an original from him...the 1st one will be ok because it's more of an experiment...the 2nd one is going to be a new level in the direction I am trying to go with my scribbles...let me know what you think hmmm,Pat might try an art challenge/trade and that would be another member of the unofficial/official "crew"...

Sounds fun! Sometimes working loose and not overthinking it can result in interesting results.
Kinda like my latest Doc Ock piece.

yep-that Doc Ock had its on smug character and went out of bounds in the overall "look" and it came out really cool that way-thats probably one of my overall Favs of yours lately and those heroes with big heads have a lot of character and I get a kick out of them-they have a fun look to them ....progress,I'm gonna post SisterPAIN in a few,after that start back on "Coming at Ya Again"....here's something you might be interested in

No face-that's her main trait so to speak..I am going to make an effort to draw something for the "book" that she is putting together soon..it would be cool to be a part of it..for ideas I am going to check out the overall theme of her site-r u interested?
