Description "Wolverine OUT OF FUCKING NOWHERE!" "Blam" <=== This is what I was thinking the whole time I was drawing this. LOL. Wolverine here is cutting up that Sentinal like a tin can. As we all know, he's the best at what he does.

Tried something completely new, more painterly. Pissed me off that I couldn't seem to really use the shading work that I did in the black and white pre-drawing. I always get screwed trying to go from the mentality of the Daily Sketch Challenge (which I usually do in black and white) and then trying to go to color. Almost everything here had to be redrawn because when I tried to add color, it was so muted as to be useless (ie. using the black and white shaded drawing over top of the color layer, using a multiply layer, doesn't work ). In any case, i've worked on this for quite a few hours now. Gotta wrap it up.

Thanks for having a look!

I am always amazed by your skill when it comes to drawing light effects.

Thanks Lanna! Actually I kind of blended a few things for the sentinals eye light. One was a ripple filter applied to a gradient. A lot of mix and match going on there. I didn't know if i'd get anything like what I wanted. In a matter of speaking you could say this was kind of accidental. I always appreciate your kind commentsΒ

I wondered if those waves were hand drawn, or scripted.
