i found this very very young Platycryptus jumper trying to ride the wind off the top of our challenger. a technique known as ballooning. the spider casts out a strand of silk, catches the breeze and rides away except... this little one wasn't getting anywhere so i moved it to the top of an old wooden post. =]]All animals are photographed where i found them unless stated.
