This is Dae, an original character of Kat's. You'll have to ask her the significance of his eye... all I know about him is that he is an alien and You can't tell from the chest up but he has four arms... which I find very interesting. In retrospect I wish I could have drawn him with the four arms showing, but I drew this pic of his face and liked it too much to change it.

So yeah, congrats ~ArtKat ! I hop you like him!
