Commish forIt's Leon and Encia Schezar, Allen and Celena's parents. There's no art of them from this era of life (or of Encia at all) but I used my imagination. Leon is distracted - I don't rightly remember if he had the pendant... ever... but he's dreaming about atlantis right now so he's holding it metaphorically I guess. (Rad if you want me to erase it I can)
Encia I imagine is somewhat reserved and quiet. Maybe one of those who never felt her own worth. She gave her unassuming nature and curly hair to Celena.

I know Encia appears in Allen's flashbacks in episode 4(ish) when he's telling Hitomi about his past... Does Encia appear at the end of the Series? When exactly?

it's been a while since I've seen the series so I don't remember.

I don't remember which episode it is but, there's a scene where Allen's father has his hand on a journal (which Dryden happens to be reading) and says something along the lines of "power of my wishes" and the journal fades from beneath his hand to a desk behind Encia which grabs her attention so she turns to look at it. I don't think she appears at the very end though.

He did have the pendant, though I'm not sure for how long; that's how Yuri came into possession of it.
I have no words for this... I love how I give you vague hints and only a few parameters and you give me the MOST AMAZING artwork with deep symbolism. And I am always impressed at your outfits; I might just ask for a turnaround of that... This is so drool-worthy and mind-blankingly good!!!

Good grief, I wish I knew how he got the pendant. The Series never says... I think it's vaguely, so very subtly, hinted that he found it somehow because of his obsession with Atlantis and anything connected to it. Or the fans can assume that, as there's nothing to go on. *Shrugs*
Someday I am going to hunt down the creators and DEMAND answers. Lol.

I knew I didn't want either of them to be in blue, because Allen's color is blue since he's in the royal knighthood. I got the impression from these two that maybe he was trying to surpass his good-for-nothing father and unremarkable mother by joining up and being a playboy, so I went wiht orange on Leon since it is the complimentary of blue to enforce the opposite. Encia I was trying to think of a homely color to put her in... something wallflowerish but not innocent. I was trying to paint an image of sad rather than innocent. So I threw aside pink and I just gave Therese green so I went after yellow but yellow was too cheery so it dulled to this puce-chartruse kinda thing. About the mousiest color I could think of that wasn't brown, but even brown feels more lively than that. I imagine no woman who wants to be spoken to would wear a gown this color.
