The hype about the Rito tribe in Legend of Zelda the Windwaker is that they are bird people, but ironically they are not born with wings. In order to grow wings, when a Rito kid comes of age, he or she must climb Dragon Roost Mountain and ask the Sky God, Valoo for a scale. Once the little guy has a scale he can grow wings^^Here's Quill arriving on the top of the mountain. It says in his bio that he's courageous if nothing else... I can't help but think he looks more nervous at this point ^^
He's cute tho, no?
