One day I felt like painting a picture of the Spine (left), then I decided to have a little fun (middle), then I went a little crazy....
/and then I put them all on one canvas and uploaded it to deviantart/

Spine does have glowing green eyes (they're laser eyes lol) but fan-made green matter doppleganger robots have been around for a long time. Poke around for the Becile Boys... pretty cool little AU

The 3rd panel was very reminiscent of the "Evil Spine" I've seen.
I read it as, panel 1: normal spine, panel 2: decommissions spine, panel 3: Spine's been taken over by a new force
