Since Hearthstone is coming out it's made the TCG redundant. They will probably still outsource card illustrations, just for Hearthstone and not the WoW TCG.

Um. These are in Hearthstone though, the online TCG. It's doomhammer and ...something else but im 100% sure these pictures ARE in hearthstone.

The discontinuation of the TCG in the wake of Hearthstone is disappointing, but at least it's only the discontinuation. With platforms like OCTGN around I refuse to just let go and say that it's the end, I'm still gonna play it.

What, WoW TCG is being cancelled? I guess it's because of the Hearthstone. I always thought that when I'm "older and a better artist" I might do some art for the WoW TCG but I guess that's not possible anymore.

I was actually wondering, is Blizzard going to use all that awesome WoW TCG art in HeartStone?
I mean they can't just waste so much awesome art!

They do, I am in the Beta and there is a few cards with the TCG art.
I'm sure they will add more TCG art as the game progresses.
