Bio: A sadistic and unforgiving disciplinarian, Judge Harris Wexler enjoys creating cruel and unusual punishments for defendants in his court, whether or not they’re even criminals. Rather than resolving court cases like any normal judge, Wexler has mainly been used for handing down negative verdicts, such as sentencing a saviour to serve a prison term. For being notorious and having a tougher than nails approach in how he runs his courtroom, Judge Wexler was removed from the bench for his corruption resulting in losing his job. He immediately turned to a life of crime by becoming a polluter as he dumped toxic ooze in closed coal mines and while was dumping the contaminated gush down the mine shaft where he lost his footing and fall into the toxic waste and became a living blob of sludge. In his new form, Wexler took up the name Judge Blob and became a new super-villain for anyone to battle him in his quest for world pollution. The Rabbit Trio catch on to Judge Blob as he stains New Liberty Harbour with his horrible hot mess and have to clean up his act before he finds them guilty and be sentenced to death by toxicity.
