Bio: As an owner of a toy manufacturing factory, Jester Toys; business was going downhill as the toys he produced were declining in sales. After producing a line of unsafe and dangerous toys to the public since some major cutbacks, his factory closed forever and blamed the competition. So donning into a jester costume and building lethal toys to commit crimes with, either be Terror Teddies, Dynamite Dolls or Radio-Controlled Robots, this harlequin will stop at nothing to spoil other people’s fun until Super Cat shows up to put an end to his playtime and make him put his toys away for good.
