Bio: Growing up, Willie went through life being an utter failure as he never succeeded in winning any events or achieving any of his personal goals. With such low self-esteem, he landed a job as a janitor at a kid’s pizza restaurant, but was unfortunately fired for his dishonesty of his work by keeping things clean. Depressed with no other work to turn to, he decided to lead off life of crime which eventually got himself arrested after a string of failed jobs. He spent the next 30 years wallowing in self pity while in that time in prison that he got his criminal education from his fellow inmates. After his release, he began he new supervillain career as he committed several acts of revenge against the world and would later officially refer to himself as the Gloom Weeper. Whenever he was confronted by armed forces, he always had the upper hand by using his cane can create miniature rain clouds that make people too miserable to fight or using his Malleable Handkerchief used for entrapping his victims. When he sees Super Cat or any member of the Titans of Justice, he has high plans to have them cry him a river of tears leaving the Tearjerker of Terror to his long awaited means of success.
