Serving as the CEO of a watch company, Temple Tockman was sued and find $40 million after a series of faults in their wristwatches as he was prosecuted by Margaret Princeton. After his company went bankrupt as well as losing everything else, the time-obsessed Temple Tockman seek employment as a butler for a scientist who was in the midst of inventing a device allowing the user to warp time and travel at super-speed. Fascinated by the chronological gadget, Temple studied in quantum physics and mechanics where he was promoted to being a lab assistant. Secretly at night, Temple constructed a suit with the time device built into it allowing him to warp through time, fire balls/beams of energy and run at fast speed. With his new suit, Temple used it to become a super-villain called Chaos O’clock who set out to seek revenge against the woman whom he blames for his misfortunes, Mayor Margaret Princeton. With time on his side, Chaos will do anything in his power to keep Super Cat or any other superhero from getting in the way.
