Sandy and SpongeBob are scolding Patrick for devouring the leftovers that were being saved the day after the welcome home party was over. Sandy and SpongeBob are also telling Patrick that eating excessively will make someone fat. After that fiasco, she and SpongeBob are going to the store to buy some more food to replace the food Patrick ate. The orange stuff on Patrick is cheese. The empty soda bottle is a bottle of Kelpsi (take off on Pepsi) and Patrick is holding a drumstick from Krabby Fried Chicken (a take off of Kentucky Fried Chicken). Patrick is now sadder and wiser.Note: I don't own "Spongebob Squarepants", he is owned by his respective owners and to the late great Stephen Hillenburg.
