This pretty much spawned from a tumblr doodle I did not too long ago.Anyone remember that arcade classic “Mario Bros.”? … . . yeah neither do I.

I realized, Mario's look in that game looks like his modern appearance, only the cap was blue and didn't have an M on it.

that remade version is pretty much everywhere, and I'm all the more grateful for it because it's a much better alternative than the original xD

Heh, I remember it, we actually had the game back in the day. Thanks to moving out so often, we lost a lot of stuff which sadly that Mario Bros. is one of them... Wasn't my favorite game though, you couldn't change directions when you're in the air. /game_experience
I like how you gave it that classic touch on this piece though. The outlines and colors blend well with each other, not to mention the way how this turned out looks really good.
