Sooo some pals showed me these deleted cutscenes from the original Crash 1 (( www.youtube.com/watch?v=1t_4Yc⦠)), and it kinda sparked another Crash Mood for me. :'pSo have 4 of the original cast members just ... doin' stuff. xD

I never seen that intro, AND I LOVE IT! the color shceme might be too bright and the music and pacing too upbeat to fit with the game but on its own, it's really entertaining and I would have loved to see a Crash show like that.
I find it interesting you can spot some of the Crash 2 bosses in there, I guess they were either scrapped from the 1st game or they already planned a sequel.
What I wonder is how this animation got so far in development? if it was scrapped because it's hand-drawn, the song, the pacing or the animation then they should have known that before they finished the whole thing, what a waste, at least the internet can enjoy it now.
Your art here is also quite good. Very expressive, colorful and loose work.

the color scheme could be better at points, and the music is ungodly unfitting to what the original game already has but, I would be lying if I said those animated scenes weren't enjoyable to watch (for the wrong reasons lol).

It was a thing in the 90's Β for some male characters to have a tall girlfriend (usually blonds). Some examples being like Tawna above, Berri from Conkers BFD and Sonic was going to have one name Madonna.

Understandable; I actually went and used the colors he had in Crash Boom Bang (which was heavily inspired from how he's represented in Promotional Material in Japan).

I had forgotten about that! I tend to forget characters like Crash and Spyro were popular in Japan considering the Playstation did so poorly over there.

but yeah Crash was pretty popular in Japan and, gonna be frank I do like some of the designs they made for the characters. Crash's portrayal is especially adorable ~

It got better overtime, but Playstation has always been overshadowed by whatever Nintendo has. The Xbox has it much worse though.
