I recall Pinky turned into a Bunny that Hops from one part of the maze to another -
Inky turned into a Sunglass wearing hipster who splits into two to chase Pac-Man from both sides of a maze -
Clyde (or Blinky as the game calls him) is probably the worst offender. He turns into a Big Blob that regurgitates additional Pac-Dots that Pac-Man has to eat if he wants to clear the Level. =____________=;;

So what else is new Pac-man? The fairy must return home and you gotta help it do so. But beware, the ghost monsters are after the fairy because she has a encyclopedia-like knowledge of the universe and mesmeron wants the fairy so he can learn how to steal the power forest!
